STAND STUDIO FW22 IS HERE AND IT IS JUST AS COLOURFUL AS WE HOPED
Antwerp, June 2022 - Stand Studio's FW22/23 collection is a mix of new expressions and familiar faces. It is a material combination of pony fur, coarse shearling, leopard suede, polished calfskin and shiny patent leather in a rainbow of electric blue, bright green, candyfloss and rich mustard.
The collection is built around the emotional idea of an intergenerational wardrobe that transcends traditional gender boundaries. A wardrobe in which cohesion comes from familiarity combined with personal expressions and playful interpretations. The collection consists of pieces that evoke memories, such as a fur coat, a retro puffer and a shearling motorbike jacket. A wardrobe where iconic menswear and feminine silhouettes, retro styles and wardrobe pieces are all part of a shared family history, with glowing touches of a new youthful generation.

The seasonal accessories are all wardrobe essentials, with bold colours and confident poses that add more light to the already bright autumn and winter look. A reinterpretation of the brand's now classic quilted bags takes centre stage, in new shapes for new functions; in a micro and a baguette model. As is the house rule of stand studio, the bags can be combined tone-on-tone with the jacket, or go their own way in life; creating that contrasting look that is characteristic of the brand.

For the FW22/23 presentation at Stockholm Fashion Week, Stand Studio collaborated with Paris-based photographer Kira Bunse and model Evelina Lauren to bring the collection to its peak. With Kira's raw and direct style of photography, she portrays the collection as it would be interpreted across generations. By letting the youth experience and take over the classics. Together with Evelina's confident, relaxed and playful attitude, they highlight the spirit, texture and colours of the collection and develop their own interpretation of the Stand Studio style.
